The Hope on the Move Parenting Initiative, launched by Light House of Hope Safe Spot, is an aftercare program created for high-risk and HIV-positive mothers who need additional resources and support after delivery. This initiative addresses a critical gap by providing ongoing support and essential resources that are frequently unavailable to these mothers.
